This community needs hygiene and dental education. Lack the basic knowledge is urgently needed to maintain the children and their families healthy. We proposed for our next mission, to bring soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, hand sanitizer diapers and wipes or the babies...and more.
To joint in these efforts, FONDESCH is looking for team of people to help bring basic amenities to children of Colbert Fauche and for the first time to see a pediatrician on a long-term commitment. FONDESCH will be there in this community or a long time to help improve the condition of living, specially education overall health care.
Housing in most rural communities in Haiti is a nightmare. People is still living in straw bale house. In bad storm, residents are awake in most raining nights with a container (bokit) on hands to stop the water liking preventing drops from the ceiling flooding all rooms.
We do care for the people in the remote area and we want to make a difference in their lives. We cannot do it alone. Please Join Us....
