ABOUT US

FONDESCH is a local organization in Georgia that provides basic education needs to orphans and other children in urban communities of Haiti with appropriate culturally sensitive care and services that are consistent with Haiti's welfare law.

We conduct monthly meetings, nutrition program, teach community leadership, and make resources available to community leaders. Also, we support the teachers, active citizens, youth, and other individuals find resources to help them develop appropriate skills to change community living conditions and achieve economic and social self-sufficiency.

FONDESCH goal for the targeted communities is to educate destitute children, to make the living conditions better for people, and to open more orphanages in over four villages.

Destitute Haitian Children

Why we are working with communities?
The journey of the tiny impoverished Caribbean island country of Haiti to inner circles academia, business and professional life has provided a first hand view of the systematic discrimination against Haitian born as well as Haitian immigrants all over the world.

The establishment of FONDESCH, Inc, "A Relief Program Foundation" is a result of our outrage at the audacity of some people who participate needlessly in complicating the transition of our Haitian-born brothers and sisters. We are there to avoid another boat load to America.
